  I was at this location. No one at service counter. I waited several minutes. Still no employee ever came to counter. I had to scream to the back several times. Unbelievable. When someone came out. I asked for manager. When she finally showed up, she said she was busy in the back. She was annoyed that I even asked for her to come to front. Typical bad service at this location. Management does not care.

  This is my second time coming here and once again the food is room temperature. Other Boston markets I've gone to take your plate to the table but this one didn't and the sweet raspberry tea was more water than raspberry or sweet tea. This is my last time coming here. I work in the area and now I see why my coworkers don't come here.

  So horrendous. Dinner rush and there are 3 sides out. Everything will be ready in 5 minutes, 8 minutes ago. Walk up to front counter and get hit with "What do you want?"
  Looks like Taco Bell for me!
